Sublimation
Sublimation uses heat pressing to transfer the inks into the fibres of the garment, as opposed to being applied on top of the fabric like in screenprinting. It is applied to fabric panels before being sewn, and the artwork covers the entire garment.
Once a design has been sublimated it becomes part of the material. The artwork will stretch with the fabric, it will allow sweat to wick through, and it will not crack or fade over time or with repeated washing.
All VC sublimated FlexLight fabric is made from 100% recycled post-consumer waste.
