      You are welcome to exchange or return any non-customized (i.e. any merchandise that does not have a name and/or number) item within 30 days of receipt of order.

      Exchange & Return Process 

      1. Contact our online store specialist, Thomas |, to initiate your return. Your return items will be noted on your order and any exchange information created in our system.
      2. Package goods (you may relabel the original packaging if available). Goods must be unworn and in new condition.
      3. Send returns to VC at the following address via a traceable service (USPS is generally the cheapest option) and advise Thomas of the tracking number for your package. VC does not provide return labels for VC Merch Tent orders.

      Return of Defective Goods

      VC has a 100% quality guarantee. If you feel you've received a defective piece of merchandise, please follow these steps to allow us to fix the situation as quickly as possible.

      1. Email with your original order number, a description of the issue(s) and a photo of any physical problem(s).
      2. We will respond with a solution within 2 business days.
      3. VC will provide return labels when necessary in the case of defective goods.

      Changes to Placed Orders

      In order to ensure that your orders is produced correctly, we do not allow any changes to your order once it has been placed.

      Please be sure to carefully review size charts, and double-check the spelling of any custom names or numbers that have been entered to confirm they are correct.

      Can I Exchange/Return Gear On-site?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns at the on-site tournament merch tent.
